COMPANY LEADERSHIP

Owner / President / Secretary

George Vernaci founded B&D Construction Co., Inc. in 1976 and oversees all projects and services that B&D provides. He is also responsible for purchasing major equipment and supplies, as well as continuing to provide project management for the services performed by B&D Construction Co., Inc.


Vice President

Bradley Vernaci, as Vice President of B&D Construction Co., Inc., has provided over 30 years’ service as the company's Health & Safety Officer, as well as Fleet Manager. He also administrates all construction services, as well as marketing & sales. Brads project coordination, construction management and client relationship management provide B&D much success.


Vice President / Finance / Controller

Barbara Molina Linn has been with B&D Construction Co., Inc. for over 30 years. As Controller of B&D Construction Co., Inc., Barbara oversees and manages daily operations including: human resources management, payroll and benefits administration, public works reporting compliance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, job costing, project file management, obtaining permits, licenses, job specific or general, and bid preparation.


Vice President / Contracts Administration / Operations Manager

Courtney Gratz, has been employed by B&D Construction Co., Inc. since August 2005 as Vice President / Contracts Administration / Operations Manager. She systematically and efficiently manages contract creation, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk. Courtney is responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and administering business aspects of contracts for assigned business units, as well as management and oversite for project administration.


Vice President / Utilities / Concrete

Angelo Giangregorio, as Vice President / Utilities / Concrete for B&D Construction Co., Inc., is responsible for providing various services from estimating and final bid, scheduling, purchasing materials, coordinating personnel, and managing daily operations through the completion of a job.


Director of Environmental Remediation

Robert Heller joined B&D Construction Co., Inc. in 2018 after 20 years at Waste Management, Inc. Rob’s responsibilities include development of remedial site work plans, waste characterization and profiling, estimating, and bidding remedial construction projects, as well as marketing B&D Construction Co., Inc. to the technical consulting community and generators, negotiating contracts with clients and vendors, and managing ongoing remedial construction projects.


Director of Business Development

Vince Bartleman has worked with B&D Construction Co., Inc. since January 2006 – his responsibilities include estimating and bidding remedial construction projects, marketing the company to the technical consulting community, negotiating with key vendors, and managing ongoing remedial construction projects. Prior to joining B&D, Vince was the regional sales manager for Waste Management, Inc. for 10 years, supervising the sales team in California.
