B&D Construction Co., Inc. is a Certified Small Business by the State of California since 1993 and has been family run since 1976, specializing in general engineering, demolition, site utilities, and remediation construction. B&D maintains their own equipment including loaders, dozers, excavators, end-dumps, low boys, and 10-wheeler dump trucks, as well as decontamination equipment and transportable treatment units for soil stabilization. B&D is certified to haul hazardous waste and proudly maintains the highest level of safety standards for all personnel, from yard/field staff to office administration and management. B&D works with all regulatory agencies and maintains compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), the California Air Quality Management Districts (AQMD), the California Air Resources Board (CARB), the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), and the Department of Transportation (DOT).

B&D Construction Co., Inc. is proud to have maintained a zero-claim standing since the company began in 1976. Our yard/field personnel are trained in accordance with Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations and 29 CFR 1910.120 as well as in accordance with the B&D Construction Co., Inc.’s Occupational Health and Safety Manual. Our Hazardous Waste Specialists; including operators, drivers, and management, have attended an accredited 40-Hour Hazardous Materials (HAZWOPER) training with annual 8-Hour HAZWOPER Refresher training, OSHA 10 Supervisor training and 8-hour Supervisor Hazardous Materials training. Other safety training includes excavation, equipment operation, competent persons training, and trench shoring.
